rode my bike and have ate a can of tuna, in water, and 5 crackers.

wake up with no motivation to start the day. Financial worries which shouldn't affect my health diet, but anyone who has had them knows that it does. Had one wine cooler last night which I didn't list. Also have the desire to measure myself again, which I know isn't a good idea after just one day. There's just this feeling that maybe I was bloated or something that made me bigger yesterday. Maybe even having a good large bowel movement woul help

exercise
I did not ride my bike today. It was 97 degrees and I have dehydrated myself a few times, plus honestly I was sore from yesterday and well. Excuses. Got to hit the bike tomorrow. I did do 25 reps on an exercise that I got from my friend Alfred Guy. It's a squat with weights, going to full extension above the head. It got my heart rate up better than biking, so I got that much. It leaves me sore in both legs, both arms and chest

Today for breakfast, early lunch I had a Turkey breast and swiss cheese sandwich and a diet pepsi.
For lunch, I had half a can of chili with crackers. I finished the can of chili at dinner with a diet coke.

So I couldn't sleep so I thought I would start this. No clue if I will promote it or even keep it up but for now here it is

waist (at navel) 49 inches
chest 47 inches
left bicep 14 inches
right bicep 13.25 inches
neck 17 inches
Thighs 22.5 inches
calf 17 inches
Dont have a scale, may b uy one next week. These measurements are after about 3 weeks of my diet and working out. The diet has just been cutting back on calories, cutting out a lot of junk food. Exercise has been riding a bike each day for a mile, some weight lifting and walkign stairs at work when I have time. Really hate to think what the measurements might have been before I started
