I did not ride my bike today. It was 97 degrees and I have dehydrated myself a few times, plus honestly I was sore from yesterday and well. Excuses. Got to hit the bike tomorrow. I did do 25 reps on an exercise that I got from my friend Alfred Guy. It's a squat with weights, going to full extension above the head. It got my heart rate up better than biking, so I got that much. It leaves me sore in both legs, both arms and chest
