today

So I couldn't sleep so I thought I would start this.  No clue if I will promote it or even keep it up but for now here it is


My meaurements
waist (at navel) 49 inches
chest  47 inches
left bicep 14 inches
right bicep 13.25 inches
neck 17 inches
Thighs 22.5 inches
calf 17 inches

Dont have a scale, may b uy one next week.  These measurements are after about 3 weeks of my diet and working out.  The diet has just been cutting back on calories, cutting out a lot of junk food.  Exercise has been riding a bike each day for a mile, some weight lifting and walkign stairs at work when I have time.  Really hate to think what the measurements might have been before I started
